1. Terms and Conditions

  • sellPricing & Availability: We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. For Wholesale orders, quotes have limited validity as specified in the proforma invoice.
  • account_circleUser Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • credit_scorePayment Verification: To prevent fraud, all orders are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel transactions flagged as high risk.

2. Shipping Policy

At REC Technology Electronic Corp, we manage our logistics from our Miami, FL headquarters to ensure speed and efficiency.

  • scheduleProcessing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • local_shippingDomestic Shipping (USA): We ship across the US using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • flight_takeoffInternational Shipping: We export to Latin America and the Caribbean. Transit times depend on the destination and the selected freight agency.
  • request_quoteTaxes & Customs: The customer is responsible for any applicable tariffs, taxes, or customs fees in their destination country.
Delivery Responsibility (Freight Agencies): REC Technology is responsible for the integrity of the merchandise until confirmed delivery at the US address provided by the customer (including Miami Freight Forwarder warehouses). Once delivered to the chosen freight agency, the responsibility for international transport lies with that agency.

3. Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return conditions carefully:

  • calendar_monthReturn Window: Customers have 15 to 30 calendar days from receipt to request a return.
  • inventory_2Product Condition: For security and warranty reasons, cell phones must be returned sealed, unactivated, and in original packaging. REC accessories must be in perfect condition.
  • buildDefective Items: Report factory defects within 48 hours of receipt to manage an immediate replacement or warranty repair.
  • storefrontWholesale Exceptions: Wholesale sales are considered final. Exchanges or account credits will only be admitted for proven manufacturing defects.
  • account_balance_walletRefund Process: Once received and inspected at our Miami warehouse, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
